WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT OR CANNOT PRINT MY TICKETS?

After clicking ‘Submit’ on the order form, if you were able to view a ticket on your browser, your information will be added to our database and we will have your name(s) on the ticket/check-in list for the show. If you did not or could not print your ticket(s), you may check in at the studio under your name(s) – with photo ID(s) for guests ages 18+ – as a printed ticket is not required. The suggested arrival/check in time for most shows is no later than one hour prior to posted show time; however, some ticket holders may line up earlier and arrival times vary for some shows. As the tickets are generated for you to print when orders are submitted and the pdf document will eventually time out, we are unable to access copies to send to you at a later date; however, for those who are unable to print immediately, ticket copies might also be able to be emailed to the address that you enter on the order form if time permits.

I SUBMITTED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKETS

Our ticketing system is set up to generate the ticket copy (pdf document) on your web browser for printing when you submit your order and also on your order confirmation email . Your information will be entered in our database and if a ticket was displayed on your web browser, your name(s) will be on the ticket/check in list; however as the ticket copy and studio map document will eventually “time out” we do not have copies to send to you and we suggest that guests print their ticket(s) immediately when displayed. We email “order confirmations”, a copy of the ticket(s) as displayed for printing on your browser when the order was submitted. This is an automatic process (providing a working email address was entered) and is done because we understand that some guests may not have immediate access to a printer. Although the copies are usually sent out promptly, depending on site traffic and other factors that may be beyond our control, it may take up to an hour or more. Please note that some email service providers often block messages sent with attachments (ticket copies) so if you don’t find the email from us in your “in box”, please also check your spam or junk folders. If you did not print your tickets or do not have a copy please keep your email confirmation.

ARE PRINTED TICKETS REQUIRED?

Encouraged, but Printed tickets are not required. If you did not or could not print your ticket(s), you may go to the studio and check in on show day under your name(s). Photo IDs may be required for all guests ages 18+. The suggested arrival / check-in time for most shows is no later than hour prior to posted show time; however, some ticket holders may line up earlier and arrival times vary for some shows.

MAY WE CHANGE A NAME ON OUR TICKET(S)?

Individual tickets/names are required for some shows or studios as noted on the order form. If you have ordered a ticket for someone that can no longer attend and would like to substitute another name, please contact us by Email with the name change no later than 72 hours prior to the show. We will modify the ticket / check-in list for you and your alternate guest may check in under his or her name. Matching photo ID (for guests over 18) will be required at check in.

CAN WE BRING OUR YOUNG CHILDREN TO THE SHOW?

The minimum age is 8 years old in order to reduce the chance for disruptions during the show. Any exceptions must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the show via email at tickets@sammyterry.com. We understand that there may be some younger fans that are interested in attending; however, we are not authorized to make exceptions. Unaccompanied minors (guests under 18) are not permitted in the studios.

WHERE ARE THE SHOWS FILMED?

The shows are produced primarily at our studio located inside Washington Square Mall on the Eastside of Indianapolis Indiana.

IS PARKING FREE?

Yes. It is typical “shopping mall” parking so use every precaution in regards to security and safety.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

It is essential you arrive at least 45 min. prior to show time; The Studio access doors lock 30 minutes prior to showtime. No admittance is granted less than 30 minutes prior to showtime. We suggest you arrive prior to 60 minutes to allow time for photo opportunities with cast and crew as well as the Sammy Terry Museum and “The Dungeon” store shopping. Seating is offered on a first-come basis as space allows and is not guaranteed.

MAY WE CHECK PERSONAL ITEMS?

The studios do not provide lockers or facilities to check or hold personal items for guests attending the shows. CELLPHONES, CAMERAS, LARGE BAGS, BACKPACKS and RECORDING DEVICES of any kind are not permitted to be in use in the recording studio. IS FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE STUDIO?

Some shows may provide bottled water for the audiences; however, we suggest that you plan on eating before or after you go to the studio as there may be no refreshments offered.

IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?

Our Studio facilities are fairly large and there may be a considerable walk from your car to the soundstage. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you require any special assistance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

WHAT ABOUT GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES?

If you, or someone in your party uses a wheelchair or for another reason may require additional assistance, please notify us by email at: tickets@sammyterry.com as soon as possible after submitting your order. Due to the very limited open space on the stage, most can only arrange an area for up to two wheelchairs on the studio floor along with one attendant. The studios do not provide wheelchairs or other assistance devices.

DO THE SHOWS EVER CANCEL OR CHANGE TIME?

All scheduled shows are subject to change or cancellation. We distribute tickets based on their production schedules; however for a variety of reasons, shows that were previously scheduled may be cancelled, moved to an alternate date or the show time may change. We will notify you at least 72 hours prior to the show if a change is occurring or if a show cancels.

WE’RE FLYING IN / DRIVING IN FROM ___ JUST TO SEE Sammy Terry

We advise against planning a long or costly journey to Indianapolis for the sole purpose of attending the filming of a particular TV show without confirming 72 hours prior to the show that the show will go on.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE’RE NOT ADMITTED?

Guests who are not admitted due to arriving 30 minutes or less from the start of the show forfeit their tickets and will have to repurchase future tickets to see Sammy Terry in studio.

MAY WE MEET THE CAST?

At many shows some or all of the cast may participate in a brief meet and greet with the audience either before or after the show; however, any personal interaction with audience guests is at their discretion and is not something that we can promise will happen or arrange for you.

HOW LONG DO THE SHOWS LAST?

The actual time that you’re in the studio will depend on a number of factors including possible re-takes of scenes (the “bloopers” you don’t see at home), wardrobe or set changes or technical problems. Most shows take at least 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours to tape or film so please allow enough time for your visit to the studio.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Guests for shows where the audiences do not appear on camera are encouraged to dress casually and comfortably. In case the studio audience is seen on camera it is wise to dress in Sammy apparel or similar dress. Costumes are permitted.
