Franklin’s “HalloweenTown” will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Youngs Creek Park and downtown Franklin. The day includes a Halloween Hustle 5K and 1-mile family walk, a Howl-O-Ween pet costume contest, kid-friendly activities, and trick-or-treating from businesses and decorated trunks. The event is organized by Franklin Parks & Recreation and is a free event.

10:00 AM:Halloween Hustle 5K run/walk and 1-mile family walk, starting at the amphitheater.

3:00 PM:Registration for the Howl-O-Ween pet costume contest begins at the amphitheater.

5:00 PM – 7:30 PM:Kids activities, including lawn games, crafts, and a cake walk, will be held.

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM:Downtown Franklin businesses and decorated car trunks at the amphitheater offer trick-or-treating.
